      The birthday of Enginner Yang  at the Jiahao site in Hebei province is the same day as that of the World Environment Day. The construction site was affected by a poor signal due to windy weather. Yang Gong did not hear the birthday song online. In order to make up for the regret, the Shanghai office wrote a birthday card for Yang Gong.
